My Mission

I teach pregnant and postpartum people how to re-write their stories even if they have been labeled with a high-risk pregnancy... away from fear, anxiety, and overwhelm, and towards empowerment, embodiment, and enjoyment.

I do this through group programs and one-on-one support designed to help bring my clients to a new level of education around pregnancy, birth, bodies, postpartum, and babies.

Yes, it's a lot, and yes you can do it.

I want to change the way people think about preparing for birth and postpartum.

Taking one quick class on breastfeeding or infant care just isn't enough. We have lost our village, and the wisdom that comes with it.

I want people to know about their babies before they meet them, have beautiful feeding experiences with their newborns, and remember their births and postpartum as powerful rites of passage no matter what happens or how hard it is.

what success looks like

I know my work is done when...

…you stop bracing for bad news every time you walk into an appointment.

…you start trusting your instincts again.

…you say "I actually feel excited" when talking about your birth.

…you know how to speak up and ask for what you need—without apologizing.

…you feel confident caring for your newborn, reading their communication cues, and supporting their development.

…you feel at home in your body, even when things are uncertain.

…you start returning—bit by bit—to the things (and people) you love.

…you stop Googling in the middle of the night.

…you feel like the expert on your own experience.

…you say, "I've got this—and I know who to call if I don't."

That's the Beyond Birth Blueprint.

Not just a plan for birth.

A reclamation of your voice, your intuition, and your right to feel good while bringing a baby into the world and supporting your baby and yourself once they are here.

the support you deserve

At Be Well Baby, we recognize the deep and persistent health disparities that exist in birth outcomes for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. These disparities are not just statistics—they reflect generations of systemic inequity, bias, and exclusion in maternal health care.

As an organization, we acknowledge that we operate from a place of privilege, and we are committed to using that position to actively create space, access, and support for BIPOC families. If you identify as BIPOC and cost is a barrier, scholarships to the Beyond Birth Blueprint are available by request—no questions asked.

Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. All are truly welcome here.
