Launching November 19th!
The Be Well Baby Podcast is where we ask the questions you wish someone would ask your providers—so you don’t have to figure this all out alone.
Hosted by Dr. Emily, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in the NICU, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Trauma-Informed Professional, and mom of three.
This isn’t your typical birth prep podcast.
We’ll talk about the things nobody tells you about pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, sex after birth, and, of course, babies—open, honest, and with plenty of humor along the way.

That’s it. Easy. Fun. And I’ll love you forever!
And… if you sign up and don’t do these things? No pressure at all — this is a totally low-stakes way to witness me do something I am terrified to do!
Love,
Emily
I started the Be Well Baby Podcast because I wanted the deep-dive conversations I have inside the Beyond Birth Blueprint — on pregnancy, birth, postpartum, feeding, pelvic floor health, babies, and navigating the unexpected twists of all of it — to be available to everyone.
We talk about the things nobody tells you. Like the fact that if you have preeclampsia and have to get induced early, even if your baby is term and 37 weeks, they will have a higher risk of feeding difficulties! Or the fact that 92% of couples report being less satisfied with their relationship after the birth of their first baby… or the reason that many health care providers tell you to “wait and see” about so many preventable things for your baby!
And if you love what you hear here, there’s even more inside the Beyond Birth Blueprint, where you get hours of the education I wish I had when I had babies, and the full community experience. And you get to hang out with me every week!
