Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga

 At The Flourish Center

Sundays 4:00 PM Begins July 5

Not your average yoga class — and not just for one season of motherhood.

Whether you're growing a baby or recovering from growing one, this class meets you exactly where you are. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Body Ready Method® Pro, I've designed every session around the real needs of pregnant and postpartum bodies — strength, mobility, pelvic floor connection, and breath — with positions that actually prepare you for birth and support your recovery after it.

This isn't about "getting your body back." (Your body never left!) We move with intention, breathe with purpose, and make space for whatever you're carrying — physically and emotionally. You'll leave feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and surrounded by a community of other pregnant and postpartum folks who get it.

Babies in arms are always welcome — or come solo and soak in the quiet. Either way, your future self will thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring?

Just yourself, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a water bottle. If you have a favorite yoga mat, you're welcome to bring it — but we have everything you need at the studio. Pregnant folks, dress in layers; postpartum folks, bring whatever your baby needs to be comfy.

Do you provide yoga mats?

Yes! Mats and all props are provided — bolsters, blocks, blankets, the works. Prefer your own mat? Bring it along. Either way, you don't need to buy a single thing to join.

What if I arrive late?

Life with (or growing) a baby is unpredictable — we get it. Just slip in quietly and settle onto your mat; we'll save you a spot. That said, the first few minutes set the tone for the whole practice, so we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early when you can.

Can I bring my baby?

Absolutely — babies in arms are always welcome. Feed, change, snuggle, or wear your baby as needed; nothing about a baby's presence (or sounds!) is a disruption here. And if you'd rather come solo and soak in a quiet hour to yourself, that's a beautiful choice too.
