Beyond Birth Blueprint
A transformative journey toward health:
Empowered Pregnancy | Beautiful Birth | Connected Postpartum
Hi mamas,
I’ve been thinking so much about our support group and the incredible conversations, honesty, and care that show up in that space every week. It means a lot to me to be part of this chapter with you.
I want you to know that even when our in-person time together ends, I don’t want the support to stop.
I’m opening up free access for all support group mamas to the Beyond Birth message board and a small library of free resources. This is a place to stay connected with each other, ask questions as they come up, and keep the conversation going between lives, feeds, naps, and real life.
And — if you’re feeling like you want more support, I want to share what that can look like too.
Weekly calls with me are just one piece of how I support families inside the Beyond Birth Blueprint. The full Beyond Birth membership is an ongoing container of care — education, nervous system support, body-based preparation, feeding support, and real conversations about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and babies.
It’s deeper than a single class, because honestly — one class just isn’t enough. We’ve lost the village, and with it the shared wisdom that helps families feel grounded and confident through this transition.
Inside the monthly membership ($99/month) you get:
Weekly live calls with me
Continued access to the Beyond Birth community and resources
And your in-person support group is included — no separate cost
Yes, this chapter is a lot.
And yes — you can do this.
My hope is that you feel more connected to your body, more prepared for your baby, and more supported through whatever your birth and postpartum bring. I want you to know your baby before you meet them, to have feeding experiences that feel held and supported, and to remember this time as a powerful rite of passage — no matter what happens or how hard parts of it may be.
Whether you stay with the free community, or choose to step into the full membership, I’m really glad you’re here.
With so much care,
Dr. Emily

At Be Well Baby, we recognize the deep and persistent health disparities that exist in birth outcomes for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. These disparities are not just statistics—they reflect generations of systemic inequity, bias, and exclusion in maternal health care.
As an organization, we acknowledge that we operate from a place of privilege, and we are committed to using that position to actively create space, access, and support for BIPOC families. If you identify as BIPOC and cost is a barrier, scholarships to the Beyond Birth Blueprint are available by request—no questions asked.
Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. All are truly welcome here.
“Emily is truly a lifesaver!
Before we met her, we had seen countless IBCLCs, and despite all their expertise, we were often met with vague advice like "just keep at it," which ultimately contributed to my daughter developing a feeding aversion severe enough to land us in the hospital.
Prior to working with Emily, we consulted four IBCLCs, an SLP, and had two tongue-tie releases, but no one had ever mentioned feeding aversions—an issue that’s not widely recognized in the field. I don’t fault Emily for not being familiar with it at first, but what impressed me most was her unwavering dedication to learning and adapting to support my daughter and me.
What really stood out to me was how Emily listened to my instincts every step of the way. She never dismissed my concerns, even when the path ahead seemed unclear. When I discovered Rowena Bennett's work on feeding aversions, I brought it to Emily's attention. Without hesitation, she immediately purchased the book and read it, ready to dive in and support us.
With Emily’s full backing, I trusted my gut and began the recommended program, even though it was a difficult and sometimes overwhelming process. The results were incredible—within days, we saw immediate improvement in my daughter’s feeding, to the point that we were able to remove the feeding tube before our scheduled follow-up appointments with the SLP and dietician.
Through this entire journey, Emily not only helped us navigate the unknown but also gave me the confidence to trust my own instincts as a mother. Her commitment, compassion, and support made all the difference, and I will forever be grateful for the care she provided.”
“There aren't enough superlatives for the MAGNIFICENT clinicians and community of Be Well Baby.
We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the expertise and support that Emily and our genius physical therapist, Dr. Daniella Sinay, provide. We dipped into our infant's "education" fund to pay for this incredible service, and I don't regret it one bit!”
